What’s your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy for all of our products, provided they are in new condition.  If you need to set up a return, email us at xeroly@xeroly.com so we can get started on the return or exchange process.  We’d love to hear your feedback too.

What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?

If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please contact us and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the item. We will send you a new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

How much is shipping?

We ship worldwide and guess what? It's absolutely FREE on orders over $50! Shipping to some remote or non-english speaking countries may be unavailable so if you're unsure, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered.  Most of our  products are shipped out from overseas warehouse.  It typically takes about 12-20 business days for your order to get processed and shipped to your address. Extremely popular items can cause a 1-2 week delay. You’ll receive an email & tracking number when your order has shipped. If you're still not sure, just contact us. We're happy to help.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

Since we have warehouses around the world we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 

I made a mistake on my order (address, size, etc)... can I change it?

If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our items are processed as quickly as we can after you order and it ships out as soon as it's finished. If your order has already been shipped, wait for it to arrive and contact us and we will deal with it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through the Stripe Payment system.  We also accept PayPal payments as well.
